It's nice enough. The yurt itself is quite pleasant (apart from the couple of leaks in the roof), but there isn't a table to sit around and enjoy food, drink or even a board game. If you're a family staying here, once the little ones are asleep the only place to sit is on the double bed. The kitchenette, toilet and shower are a 60m walk down the field. The kitchenette is not big enough for any meals to be eaten here, which means taking everything back down to the yurt. Once back at the yurt, it is food on laps as there is nowhere to put it down. We didn't have too many rainy days here, but the 60m trudge to the toilet in the middle of the night with an umbrella in one hand and a torch in the other gets boring quickly. It would be a much better experience for the kitchenette, toilet and shower to be much closer. Styled similarly to the yurt (not an old shed repurposed) with a covered eating area. Overall it was ok and the owner was really friendly. Wouldn't be back though.

Such a beautiful yurt and beautiful place to stay! Nothing was too much trouble - the Yurt was cosy and in the most beautiful surroundings. The kitchen and toilet facilities at the Yurt were clean and everything was easily accessible. I can’t thank Polly and family enough for letting us stay on their farm, such a relaxing holiday! Thank you so much guys!!

We won a weekend away at Cornish yurts in a raffle supporting a local family. I have to say it was absolutely beautiful, so quiet and cosy. The log burner was amazing even on a misty Friday night. Polly was amazing - so accommodating and friendly nothing was to much trouble. Thank you so much we will definitely be back xx

Lovely Yurt and lovely people

I've just come back from a lovely stay here & could not recommend Cornish Yurts more highly! We had everything we could need - including log burner and an excellent BBQ. On top of that, Polly was a perfect host and helped us find a great pub to have dinner at. Having some brilliant weather definitely helped, but this is a fantastic part of the world to visit and we had some great trips out. Thank you Polly for an amazing stay!

A lovely wooden yert tucked away in a beautiful part of the country. Very friendly and couldn't do enough to help even on these strange covid times would highly recommend
